The monograph is devoted to one of the most unsettled issues of the Ukrainian economy – the management of the grain market. The theoretical and legal aspects of the logistic approach to the management of grain storage enterprises, the evolution of the main activities of these enterprises, the prospects for the development of the elevator industry – an integral part of the grain market structure in Ukraine – are summarized in the monograph. The author investigates the ways of organizing and managing the grain market of the leading grain-producing countries of the world, from the stage of quoting crop areas, collecting, storing and distributing grain, both on the domestic and foreign markets. Using a large array of theoretical and practical information, the author developed a concept for the development of the grain market in Ukraine, based on scientifically sound principles of logistics management. The author believes that the application of the recommended conceptual approach will lead to the achievement of specific economic achievements in the field of grain farming in Ukraine.
The monograph is devoted to the study of the state and problems of the organizational and economic mechanism formation for managing grain-grocery enterprises from a subcomplex. In a market economy, one of the topical issues for business leaders is the formation of this mechanism, which is capable of ensuring the efficiency of enterprise’s management and competitiveness.
